REFUND & RETURN POLICY

At Game Day Onesies, we want you to love what you ordered. Please read this policy carefully before placing your order, as all purchases are subject to the terms below.

Returns & Exchanges

Because sizing matters with a garment like this, we accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible, the item must be unworn, unwashed, and returned in its original packaging with any tags attached.

To start a return or exchange, email us at support@gamedayonesies.com with your order number and the reason for the return. We'll send you instructions from there.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

We're not able to accept returns on items that have been worn, washed, or damaged after delivery, for hygiene reasons.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@gamedayonesies.com. Please include:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos of the item
  • Clear photos of the packaging
  • A brief description of the issue

If the item is confirmed damaged, defective, or incorrect, we'll arrange a free replacement or a full refund — your choice. Claims for damage submitted after 48 hours may not be accepted, so please check your order on arrival.

Incorrect Address & Failed Delivery

Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address at checkout. We're not responsible for:

  • Orders shipped to an incorrectly provided address
  • Failed delivery attempts
  • Parcels returned to sender due to incorrect address details

If a parcel is returned to us because of an incorrect address, a reshipping fee may apply.

Order Changes & Cancellations

If you need to change or cancel an order, email us as soon as possible at support@gamedayonesies.com. We process orders quickly, so we can't guarantee changes once processing has begun, but we'll do our best.
